  • Same purchase price limits as CalHFA 1st mortgage limits

  • Can be applied toward down payment AND closing costs

  • Lower income limits than CalHFA 1st mortgages - Income limits to approximately 120% AMI (Area Median Income per household size). The current income limits are:

    2-person household - $66,600
    3-person household - $75,000
    4-person household - $83,300
    5-person household - $90,000
    6-person household - $96,600
    7-person household - $103,300
    8-person household - $110,000
